Within the historic walls of Boone Tavern Hotel, the reimagined restaurant and bar welcomes guests into a space where legacy and modern hospitality meet with intention. ​

Original herringbone wood floors anchor the restaurant in its storied past, while bespoke furnishings, handmade by Berea College Student Craft, bring fresh energy and a deeply personal touch. Every detail is designed to invite connection from the welcoming public lounge to the new full-service bar that hums with life from afternoon to evening. A private dining room offers a more intimate stage for celebrations, allowing groups to gather in comfort and style. ​

The transformation blends visual appeal with a celebration of place, featuring menus of farm-to-table dishes from Berea College Farm and interiors that reflect the college’s legacy of craftsmanship. Together, these elements create a dining experience that elevates local culture, enriches community ties, and leaves every guest with a lasting sense of belonging.​

Local Chef John Varanese had already turned an old, prefabricated metal boat storage into the popular, high-end River House Restaurant and Levee at the River House. When he was ready to expand, he contracted with Luckett & Farley to help him renovate the upstairs space into an elegant event venue.

The design blends innovation and tradition, creating a refined yet approachable setting for tasting, learning, and connection. Clean lines, lab-inspired surfaces, and rich textures capture the brand’s spirit of experimentation, while warm lighting and material selections create an inviting atmosphere.​

At the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Louisville, Luckett & Farley designed a lobby and rooftop destination that blends modern sophistication with the warmth of Southern hospitality. Luckett & Farley provided architecture, engineering, and interior design services to renovate two floors of Texas Roadhouse’s corporate headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. The project included offices, communal areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, training and production spaces, and mother’s rooms—all tailored to reflect the company’s spirited culture and strong sense of community.

Luckett & Farley delivered architectural, engineering, and interior design expertise to the relocation of iHeart Digital within the historic 32 Avenue of the Americas building, once home to AT&T headquarters. The move consolidated 30+ studios supporting iHeart’s New York FM operations alongside its rapidly advancing digital group.

Located in the former NBC Tonight Show Studios in Burbank, California. This venue will be the new West Coast home to Clear Channel’s intimate, invitation-only live music performances and movie premieres. The capacity is limited to 450 persons to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime experience for fans.
