ABOUT THIS PROJECT
A beverage maker company is redefining the way clients experience their brand. The company sought to transform its existing facility into a hospitality-driven experience center, a space that would reflect its commitment to quality, innovation, and people.
Rather than expanding the building footprint, the project focused on reclaiming previously removed second-floor space to create an immersive environment within the existing structure. Luckett & Farley collaborated with the client to design a dynamic interior that blends storytelling, hospitality, and functionality. Key spaces include product demonstration zones, a culinary kitchen with chef’s table, client lounges, conference rooms, and a timeline wall highlighting the company’s legacy. Two signature bars, one focused on tasting and another on immersive brand experiences, serve as touchpoints for client engagement.
The design thoughtfully balances the experience of visitors and employees. The layout separates guest-facing zones from operational areas, creating two distinct paths through the building. Updated workspaces, natural light, and modern finishes support employee well-being, while shared “moments” such as viewing windows and interactive graphic walls offer brief but meaningful intersections between staff and guests, connecting daily work to brand impact.
To reinforce brand identity, Luckett & Farley partnered with an experiential graphics firm to integrate bold visuals and installations throughout the space. These graphics celebrate the company’s patented processes and the vibrant ingredients at the heart of its product lines, using color and texture to reflect the energy of cocktail culture.
The experience center will become a flagship destination for the company, a space where product excellence, brand storytelling, and hospitality converge to create lasting impressions for both clients and employees.
