The Premier Residences at Tellico Village is an independent living community designed to reflect the lifestyle of active retirees while supporting Five Star Senior Living’s commitment to high-quality, hospitality-centered care. The project emphasizes both the daily experience of residents and the long-term market strength of the community.

The design embraces the hillside setting to bring natural beauty into everyday life. The entry lobby and main dining areas were positioned to capture sweeping views, creating an immediate sense of welcome and connection to the surrounding landscape. A U-shaped layout opens the building to both the countryside and the amenities at the heart of the community, ensuring residents feel part of a setting that is both tranquil and socially engaging.

Inside, the focus is on creating warm, inviting spaces that encourage connection and support well-being. Communal areas such as the dining venues, bistro, theatre, and library give residents opportunities to gather and share experiences, while wellness amenities like physical therapy, fitness activities, and gardens promote health and longevity. The result is a community that not only provides comfort and care but also enriches daily living—supporting Five Star’s goal of offering environments that are competitive in the senior living market and meaningful for the people who call them home.
