ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Luckett & Farley delivered architectural, engineering, and interior design expertise to the relocation of iHeart Digital within the historic 32 Avenue of the Americas building, once home to AT&T headquarters. The move consolidated 30+ studios supporting iHeart’s New York FM operations alongside its rapidly advancing digital group.

iHeart Digital plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth trajectory, driving expansion in digital and mobile platforms, podcasting, and content innovation. The new workspace was designed as a living laboratory—enabling agile testing of emerging technologies and seamless collaboration across digital teams. Conference rooms, studio spaces, and training suites now support multimedia performance and experimentation, embedded within a resilient infrastructure of data and communications to mirror iHeart’s fast-evolving business model.

In designing the environment, our team enabled flexibility within a defined shell: multi-scale meeting areas adapt to team size and format, while a dedicated rack room ensures robust, reliable infrastructure aligned with existing support operations. The workspace now aligns with iHeart’s ambition to pioneer across broadcast and digital audio while nurturing a culture of creativity, curiosity, and rapid iteration.

Luckett & Farley’s seamless integration of architecture, engineering, and interior planning helped bring iHeart’s innovation-driven culture to life—creating a setting where experimentation and content creation coexist within the rhythm of a legacy-building media organization.
