Luckett & Farley provided architecture, engineering, and interior design services to renovate two floors of Texas Roadhouse’s corporate headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. The project included offices, communal areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, training and production spaces, and mother’s rooms—all tailored to reflect the company’s spirited culture and strong sense of community.
Luckett & Farley delivered architectural, engineering, and interior design expertise to the relocation of iHeart Digital within the historic 32 Avenue of the Americas building, once home to AT&T headquarters. The move consolidated 30+ studios supporting iHeart’s New York FM operations alongside its rapidly advancing digital group.

By situating their headquarters on a lakefront site, Donan established a workplace that balanced analytical rigor with spaces that encouraged collaboration and focus.
This design-build project involved the relocation of the Taco Bell headquarters to a 180,000 SF, five-story building. The new headquarters included a dining center, test kitchens, and corporate services.
