Within the historic walls of Boone Tavern Hotel, the reimagined restaurant and bar welcomes guests into a space where legacy and modern hospitality meet with intention.
Original herringbone wood floors anchor the restaurant in its storied past, while bespoke furnishings, handmade by Berea College Student Craft, bring fresh energy and a deeply personal touch. Every detail is designed to invite connection from the welcoming public lounge to the new full-service bar that hums with life from afternoon to evening. A private dining room offers a more intimate stage for celebrations, allowing groups to gather in comfort and style.
The transformation blends visual appeal with a celebration of place, featuring menus of farm-to-table dishes from Berea College Farm and interiors that reflect the college’s legacy of craftsmanship. Together, these elements create a dining experience that elevates local culture, enriches community ties, and leaves every guest with a lasting sense of belonging.
