ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This design-build project involved the relocation of the Taco Bell headquarters to a 180,000 SF, five-story building. The new headquarters included a dining center, test kitchens, and corporate services.

Our team worked collaboratively to create a true one-of-a-kind office space that both fulfills the client’s diverse programmatic requirements while creating an environment that embraces the brand’s look, tone, and feel.

Steelcase modular wall and furniture systems were developed hand-in-hand with the building plan layouts and overall environmental/interior designs.

Employee involvement is a critical component to YUM! Brands, and Taco Bell was no exception. This is exemplified in the four main elevator cabs that were designed by various internal teams who competed for the winning individual cab designs.

The project has been LEED certified for interiors.
