Designed and delivered through a design-build partnership, the project aimed to equip students and employees with the skills needed to thrive in modern industrial environments.

Ticona sought to relocate its headquarters and Research & Development facilities from New Jersey to Kentucky, aiming to consolidate operations and strengthen its presence within a growing industrial park. Luckett & Farley was engaged to lead the master planning and space planning studies necessary for a successful transition.
