ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Ticona sought to relocate its headquarters and Research & Development facilities from New Jersey to Kentucky, aiming to consolidate operations and strengthen its presence within a growing industrial park. Luckett & Farley was engaged to lead the master planning and space planning studies necessary for a successful transition.

Building on these foundational studies, Luckett & Farley provided comprehensive architecture, engineering, and construction administration services for the addition of a 125,000-square-foot building on Ticona’s existing manufacturing campus. The new facility accommodates over 200 employees and includes 65,000 square feet of research laboratory spaces, a chemical storage area, and a 30,000-square-foot R&D high bay process and warehouse space.

The design focused on integrating Ticona’s corporate identity as an industry leader within the industrial park context, balancing functional performance with a strong, cohesive brand image. This new headquarters supports advanced research and development activities while reinforcing Ticona’s commitment to innovation and growth in Kentucky.

"Luckett & Farley worked diligently to meet a tight schedule and budget. The best recommendation I can give is that I would definitely use Luckett & Farley on my next architectural project."
