ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Ticona wanted to relocate their headquarters and Research & Development facilities from New Jersey to Kentucky. They reached out to Luckett & Farley to provide master planning and space planning studies for the relocation.
Subsequently, Luckett & Farley provided architecture, engineering, and construction administration services for the 125,000 SF building that was added to an existing manufacturing site. The building houses over 200 employees in 65,000 SF of research laboratory spaces, chemical storage area, 30,000 SF R&D high bay process, and warehouse space. The building was designed to fuse a corporate image of Ticona as an industry leader in the industrial park setting
