This Hotel concept stitches together the urban fabric and re-establishes the corner condition to the Northwest while filling a void in an area known for its collection of 4-to-5-story buildings dating to the 1800’s and early 1900’s.

The Premier Residences at Tellico Village is a new independent living facility located in the deed-restricted community of Tellico Village, Tennessee. This community is comprised of very active retirees who are taking advantage of the location’s natural beauty and country-like setting, as well as amenities that cater to an aging population.

Luckett & Farley designed the iconic Twin Spires at Churchill Downs more than 125 years ago. Since then we have continued to design projects large and small at the racetrack, including a new dormitory on the backside, the development of a 10-year master plan for renovations and expansions, and design services for a renovated Gate One, a grand new entrance to the facility. In addition to these projects, Luckett & Farley also designed a $3 million renovation and expansion to the Kentucky Derby Museum which adjoins Gate One.
