Local Chef John Varanese had already turned an old, prefabricated metal boat storage into the popular, high-end River House Restaurant and Levee at the River House. When he was ready to expand, he contracted with Luckett & Farley to help him renovate the upstairs space into an elegant event venue.
Luckett and Farley’s interior design team was tasked with creating a new lobby and rooftop bar for the Hilton Inn in downtown Louisville.
Luckett & Farley has overseen the design of numerous Outback Steakhouse restaurants, including both prototype and renovation projects. Each is approximately 6,100 SF and consists of full-service kitchens and dining areas. The seating capacity averages 230.
Luckett & Farley provided architecture and engineering services for three Texas Roadhouse restaurants in three states. We tweaked the building prototype to accommodate any unique site features such as: special entrance requirements, service drive locations, and utility line entrance points. The building design included architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines.
