The Commons at Helm Library is the complete renovation and transformation of the three-story Margie Helm Library at Western Kentucky University. The unique program considers the evolution of the library in current academia and rethinks the relationship between social and intellectual spaces in a larger campus ecosystem.
Luckett & Farley provided design services for a new 70,000 SF training center that includes classrooms and lab space for instruction programs in industrial systems technology, Programming Logic Computer systems technology (PLC), robotics technology, and machine tool technology.
Ticona wanted to relocate their headquarters and Research & Development facilities from New Jersey to Kentucky. They reached out to Luckett & Farley to provide master planning and space planning studies for the relocation.
