ABOUT THIS PROJECT

As Rabbit Hole Distillery grew, its team sought a dedicated space for research, quality control, and brand innovation—one that would support evolving ambitions while fitting into a tight urban context. Luckett & Farley developed a two-story concept designed to support these priorities while integrating seamlessly into the existing downtown campus.

Occupying a narrow infill site between three active buildings, the expansion presented both spatial and logistical challenges. Our architects and engineers worked to deliver a compact, efficient layout that balances laboratory performance with collaborative office space—supporting the next phase of Rabbit Hole’s product development and operational rigor.

This addition reinforces Rabbit Hole’s commitment to thoughtful innovation—creating space to refine processes, explore new ideas, and maintain high standards of quality. It also reflects the ongoing partnership between two teams that share a belief in precision, creativity, and challenging convention through intentional design.
