Interior Design & Procurement
Luckett & Farley’s interior design department has licensed professionals who include LEED AP, NCIDQ, EDAC, and CID. Our talented interior designers also provide space planning, move-management and furniture coordination for a variety of facility types, including government, corporate, education, broadcast, and healthcare. They understand the unique demands for each and keep in mind the use of durable, sustainable materials while keeping function top of mind. Luckett & Farley’s interior designers and space planners can also create solutions to maximize available space to improve efficiency and increase work performance.
Luckett and Farley's Interior Design team works hard to stay current with industry trends and study proven successes in order to offer our clients the highest quality designs. For instance, our designers have researched and understand design trends in healthcare, which has shifted their design trends away from ordinary, dull hospital rooms and towards interior spaces resembling a luxury hotel. Nowadays, patients have many choices and pass judgment on the perceived level of quality and care they will receive based on the aesthetics. Warm woods, textured brick walls, fireplaces, soothing water features, soft pendant decorative lighting, sophisticated furnishings, luxurious fabrics and nature-inspired artwork all create an environment patients seek when choosing where to receive care. Some studies in evidence-based design even suggest these and other design strategies aid in the healing process and reduce stress.
Whether it is in the medical field, education, government or any other industry, we have the talent and the tools to offer our clients modern yet practical approaches to new design. Our talented team has an impressive resume of past jobs (see below) and Luckett &and Farley can offer over 150 years of industry knowledge and know how, to overcome any project.
