Vice President of Finance Pat Castelli received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. With experience in multiple industries including architecture and engineering, she brings extensive professional services leadership, with a track record in analyzing financial and operational information to identify opportunities for improvement. Her goal is to improve the day-to-day working environment for all employees while increasing profitability for the firm. She is a Certified Design Accountant and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as a member of several professional organizations that promote financial excellence, women, and diversity in the financial community: the CFO Roundtable, Women’s CFO Roundtable, Women’s Collective, and SHRM Advocacy.
