ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Purpose-Built Housing for Those Who Served.

Veterans Hill is a 24-unit permanent supportive housing development designed specifically for formerly unhoused veterans in Radcliff, Kentucky. Developed in partnership with Volunteers of America Mid-States, the project delivers housing and provides stability, safety, and access to on-site support.

Each living unit is designed with accessibility, comfort, and long-term livability in mind. The development also includes community space, on-site case management, and a community garden, all integrated to support residents’ transition to independent living.

Luckett & Farley led the architectural design with a clear focus: to create a space where veterans can rebuild their lives with dignity and support. Veterans Hill reflects what happens when architecture is responsive, intentional, and rooted in real human need.
