ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Community Park Student Housing, a 348-bed housing complex, is the third phase of a privatized housing agreement. The building is situated around a central courtyard with picnic areas.

The facility includes five first-floor chapter houses for sororities and fraternities. The chapter houses each have a kitchen, common room, an additional flexible room, and a bathroom with a shower.

The housing portion of the building has separate circulation from the chapter houses. The two-bed rooms are suite style, sharing a bathroom with the room next door. The housing area has a study room on each floor, a kitchenette, computer lab, laundry, and game room.
