ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Luckett & Farley formed a team to provide privatized housing for the Metropolitan College at the University of Louisville. This included a developer, operator, and contractor to provide turn-key services for a privately-held housing facility on campus.

This first phase of 500 beds was designed and constructed within 12 months. The second phase of 400 beds is next door and was followed by a third phase of 300 beds.

Several room configurations were provided for this apartment-style facility, including:

  • 1 bed/1 bath
  • 2 bed/2 bath
  • 3 bed/2 bath
  • 4 bed/2 bath

“I highly recommend Luckett & Farley as a firm who will take the time to know you as a client, design the facility that will meet your goals, oversee any part of your project with professionalism and integrity, and will be a true partner and advocate as you work toward your mission.”
