Indiana University Southeast - Student Lodges

Written by Luckett & Farley | Jun 25, 2020 2:15:57 PM

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Initially, Indiana University Southeast was a commuter campus without any on-campus housing. To increase enrollment and develop the student experience, the university hired Luckett & Farley to conduct a student housing study and establish appropriate site locations for on-campus facilities. The project included locating dormitory buildings, parking lots, pedestrian corridors, conceptual landscape design, and site renderings.

Once planning was complete, we provided full architecture and engineering services for six separate buildings with a mixture of room configurations to total nearly 500 beds. The buildings represent a lodge theme and are oriented towards the existing lake.

This facility is LEED Silver certified.
