ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Luckett & Farley provided architectural and engineering design services for the iHeart Digital relocation, located in the historic 32 Avenue of the America’s building, former home of the AT&T headquarters. It is now the home of iHeart Media’s New York FM operations, a complex consisting of over 30 studios.

The project included selective demolition of an existing space and a build-out to accommodate the requirements of the iHeart Digital staff.  The Digital Group is responsible for developing online and mobile applications and content requiring testing of new equipment as it is released to the market.  Their program requirements include both small and large conference rooms with multimedia connections and support. They had specific requirements for data and communications incorporating a higher density of connections along with an independent rack room that was linked to the existing iHeart support system.
