As bp repositions its Thorntons brand to meet the future of convenience retail, Luckett & Farley was brought in to align architecture with ambition. The challenge: implement and streamline a new prototype that could scale nationally while balancing consistency, performance, and brand presence.
Working closely with bp’s internal teams, we implemented the next-generation prototype tailored to today’s evolving customer expectations. The implemented prototype reduces construction timelines, enhances operational flow, and supports a cohesive in-store experience across sites.
Our scope included architectural design, engineering integration, and permitting strategies to accelerate rollout. With every detail from fuel canopy to checkout, we prioritized efficiency, clarity, and brand alignment.
