Luckett & Farley provided architectural, engineering, interior design and construction administration services for this new 196-bed student housing facility.
The building is situated within the existing student housing complex. The back of the building overlooks the campus recreation fields, and an exterior common space called the porch takes full advantage of these views. Other common areas include spacious lounge areas, a large laundry facility, recreation room, and common kitchen areas on each floor.
