Interns from summer 2012. Click the photo to read about a first-hand internship experience from Caitlin Cambron (far left).

The summer internship season at Luckett & Farley is fast approaching and we’re gearing up for an explosion of excitement.  This time of year we talk about contributions interns can make to our projects.  When they arrive and we begin training them, we can’t help reflecting on our own experiences. It’s also hard not to envy their vibrant thirst for knowledge and experience.  Each day they spread their infectious enthusiasm throughout the firm – and it’s great! We all become reinvigorated with the importance of our individual contributions to Luckett & Farley, our clients, and the environments we create every day.  So, in honor of our annual migration of interns, I thought it fitting to share with you this great video on our discipline: Interior Design. It was created by… you guessed it… students.

If you’re a student or you know a student seeking an internship opportunity, career advice or have general questions feel free to send me an email or forward this post.  I’m always willing to help where I can.
