When designing a project, so much effort is put forth during the design phase. We try to make the best decisions for our clients and their budget. No matter how wonderful the design may be, we have to put all of our trust in the hands of the general contractor. They take our thoughts and drawings and turn them into reality.

There is a lot of dialogue between Luckett & Farley's design team and the variety of contractors with whom we work. The vision has to be shared by all parties in order to bring each design to life. It is definitely a continuous effort on everyone’s part to keep an open, honest and strong line of communication.

We rely on the contractor to construct our designs, but the contractor also relies on us to stay connected to the ever-changing status of the projects, because what works on paper doesn't always work in the field. This is especially true in an existing building. It is a collaborative effort, and we value the many working relationships we've established with general contractors locally and nationally.

Luckett & Farley is always looking to strengthen and broaden its network of quality general contractors. If you'd like to learn how to be among our expanding network, call or send me an email.
