This project involves the relocation of the Taco Bell headquarters to a 180,000sf building. The new headquarters includes a dining center, test kitchens and corporate services. The project is a collaborative effort between Luckett & Farley and L&F Design Build.
180,000sf; 5 stories
The existing structure is a five-story, LEED “Silver” Certified structure. There, our teams worked collaboratively to problem solve and create a true “one of a kind” office space that both fulfills the client’s diverse programmatic requirements while creating an environment that embraces the brand’s look, tone and feel.
Steelcase modular wall and furniture systems were developed hand-in-hand with the building plan layouts and overall environmental/interior designs. Employee involvement is a critical component to YUM! Brands and Taco Bell was no exception. This is exemplified in the four main elevator cabs that were designed by various internal teams who competed for the winning individual cab designs.
