University of Louisville School of Dentistry Renewal

Luckett & Farley developed a comprehensive program for the School of Dentistry Renewal Master Plan. This program is a $43 million renovation of the 34-year-old, 200,000sf teaching, clinical and research facility, located on the Health Sciences Campus. The newly modernized facility will educate and train dental students on the latest clinical procedures.

Churchill Downs

In recent years, Luckett & Farley has provided design services for numerous projects at the track, including a new dormitory on the backside, the development of a 10-year master plan for renovations and expansions and design services for a renovated Gate One, a grand new entrance to the facility.

Transit Authority of River City Maintenance Annex and Training Facility

This project is certified LEED Gold. Sustainable highlights include and extensive green roof, windows, translucent wall panels, and roof skylights for daylighting, daylighting controls, grey water collection system for flushing toilets/urinals, energy efficient VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) mechanical system, and bioswale for storm water quantity and quality management.

Papa Johns Stadium Expansion

Approximately 10,500 additional stadium seats were provided in the new upper seating bowl along the east side of the stadium. The total stadium seating capacity increased to approximately 53,600 seats.
