Luckett & Farley offers planning and design services for a variety of collegiate facilities, including administrative offices, parking and campus infrastructure. We also provide site selection, green campus and master planning, programming, needs analysis, and design of renovations and new construction. Specialized expertise includes the following:

Student Housing

Amenities, location, technology and engagement are design elements critical to attracting and retaining today’s students. We work directly with schools and/or developers to provide the latest 21st Century Project design principles, because the proper design will enhance the student’s living and learning experience.

Athletics and Recreation

Possibly one of the most visible facilities on any campus, Luckett & Farley designs for the optimal player and fan experience. And because athletics projects adhere to strict schedules, Luckett & Farley has the proven track record to deliver in time for the first event.

Academic

Learning environments vary with specific needs. From labs to lecture halls and clinics to classrooms, we design for the way today’s students learn through new technology integration and face-to-face collaboration standing toe-to-toe or across the globe. Our flexible solutions also ensure your space is dynamic enough to keep pace with the student needs of tomorrow.
