Our mechanical engineers utilize Building Information Modeling to design complete heating and cooling systems. In doing so, they are also able to conduct energy modeling to analyze the most efficient options. Our approach allows us to make decisions early in the design process to help architects and owners, collaborate with all stakeholders to get consensus on the best system.
This project included the complete demolition and renovation of a 5,800sf ground-level space for a new live performance studio in downtown Manhattan, New York.
